The last thing we want is for you to be caught in a position where you own a house that is causing more headaches than what it is worth.

Flood insurance can be looked up by going to fema.gov & doing a quick search of the property address. If you are in a 100 or 500 year flood plain you WILL need insurance. But make sure you don't get a FEMA flood insurance policy for your property.
You will grossly overpay & spend unnecessary money. Talk with an Insurance broker and see if they can bind a policy through Lloyd of London.
